As part of Dishtag's efforts to document some of the impact of the coronavirus on Hong Kong’s F&B industry, I was lucky enough to catch up and capture the portraits of a number of friendly members of our community: chefs, restaurant owners, front of house, waiting staff... They shared with us how they are coping with all the challenges caused by these unprecedented times.
